Round footstool in African mud cloth, a raw fabric composed of assembled dyed fabrics. Each piece of mudcloth is unique because each artist creates their patterns. They are handmade and hand-painted. The mudcloth comes from Mauritania, Africa; Moroccan artisans made the pouf in Morocco. It’s a handcrafted item.
These poufs are gorgeous as additional seats, sofa end tables, side tables, or bedside tables. The tribal piece of furniture is beautiful in any interior like ethnic, contemporary, classic home design, British, casual, black and white, monochrome…
The stool is already stuffed; you don’t need an insert. They are great for small spaces. The footstool easily tucks under a console table when not in use.
Why I love them:
It is an excellent ethnic addition to a room.
Dimensions: 14’x16′ — 35x40cm (normal seat)
They’re perfect in a sitting room as extra seating. Easy to carry and store. The seat is a crafted product; it may present some imperfections that are part of its charm.
