This old dish with a medium rim was used for the preparation of the Moroccan couscous. Berber women traditionally hand-rolled the semolina in large wood or clay dishes.

Its original patina and harmonious curves make it a statement piece.

Called djefna ou Gasaa in Arabic, this weathered wooden plate bears traces of use and historical repairs that testify to its authenticity. They made it a one-of-a-kind object.
