It has been made in resistant Mediterranean grass, called doum or esparto. It looks like a hard rush.

It may have certain irregularities that guarantee its authenticity. They are all unique; the bearded ram exists in different designs.

There may be slight variations in shape, size, or color depending on the condition of the material. The color is sometimes green when the material is young and becomes tanned with time and sunshine. To accelerate the yellowing of the fiber, leave the animal head in the sun for a few days.
